Deb started working with one of our Leadership Teams six months ago by facilitating a team-building retreat and a subsequent strategic goal-setting and project management session. She has also been a Leadership Coach to the team’s leader for almost a year. 

As a result, I’ve seen a couple of changes in the team.

1) There is an increased confidence level of the overall team and of the team leader. They seem to have better buy-in and mutual understanding of the expectations of the team.

2) The team has become more proficient in using a team-based approach in communicating with me, colleagues and stakeholders.  Our organization, like many others, has a diffuse distribution of responsibilities. The team has suggested ways to define progress.  In fact, I have been pleased to see them take ownership in helping to define the metrics of success.  I feel they have a better understanding and recognition of why those measurements are important.
