The program is tailored to your stage of effectiveness in launching and managing your transition. A typical program is 2 to 4 months with weekly meetings, email and phone support and includes materials and assessments.

Executive and Business Coaching - a confidential, one-to-one development program to optimize your competencies in: leadership, influencing, executive presence, strategic planning, delegation, communicating with superiors, peers and team members, networking relationships, and work/life balance. Business owners and sales professionals often focus on increasing sales, revenue, productivity, marketing effectiveness and customer relationships.

Goal setting, action planning, hands-on daily application and reflective processing are key components of a successful client experience. Dedicated change and shifts in behaviors, skills and outlook usually occur for individuals over a period of 3 to 6 months. Most clients continue monthly meetings to propel their new success patterns to a higher level and ensure they have a trusted advisor, objective sounding board and feedback partner on their side.

Team Coaching - Facilitation of a leadership team's development in the areas of:

  • Strategic planning
  • Setting measurable objectives
  • Project management to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaboration with cross-functional business units
  • Promoting progress and communicating with stakeholders
  • Networking for strategic influence
  • Team behaviors profiling

Team facilitation programs are delivered as multiple-day strategic planning sessions, team building retreats, workshops for team-cohesion and on-going team coaching meetings. Organizations typically hire TalentRight for periods of 6 months to 12 months for improvement and development of their leadership teams.



Coaching Program - The Talent Maximizer

The Talent Maximizer Complete Career Transition Program is a 10-session, personalized career transition marketing program for executive, senior management and business professionals.

Components of the program can be purchased separately or as a unit.

Component 1 - Talent Assessor - Typically 2 sessions.

  • Includes three qualitative and one quantitative assessment of your values, skills, interests and performance.
  • The quantitative assessment is the Profile's Performance Indicator Report, a scientifically valid and reliable assessment that measures your typical behavioral tendencies in 6 critical job-related requirements: Productivity, Quality of Work, Initiative, Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Adapting to Change. It contains multiple suggestions for improving your effectiveness in each area. Also measures your Response to Job-Related Stress, Frustration or Conflict and your Motivational Energy.

Component 2 - Talent Edge Communication Plan

Typically 2 coaching sessions plus Resume Preparation. Resume editing, writing and proofreading services conducted by TalentRight are counted toward a session and documentation is provided by TalentRight. A typical professional resume can take TalentRight from 1 hour to 4 hours of editing time.

Your transition begins when you can communicate your value to your target market. For industry/career-changers, it is imperative to position your accomplishments in stories, language and context that will be understood and sought after by your target organizations.

Includes:

  • Resume evaluation, critique, feedback and recommendations to help you develop a resume that optimizes your key selling points.
  • Resume worksheets and a list of questions targeted to your industry that will help you compose statements that sell.
  • Key Word distinctions that will appeal to your target audience.
  • Recommendations on resume structure, layout and references.
  • Talent Positioning Statement - Coaching on how to introduce yourself in written documents and in speaking to maximize attraction, connection and alignment with your market.
  • Cover Letter recommendations for specific job applications.
  • Resume Template in MS Word.

Component 3 - Leader Marketing Plan
Typically 3 coaching sessions.

Includes:

  • Assistance with developing a Job Search Strategy.
  • Weekly Accountability and Results Monitoring Program.
  • Target Market analysis conducted jointly with client.
  • Review of and recommendations for your Marketing Plan.
  • Relationship Building Plan strategy, feedback and recommendations.

Top Talent Interview and Negotiation Success
Typically 2 interview strategy sessions PLUS two 30-minute interview debriefing phone calls.

  • Interview rehearsal, role play and strategy sessions to prepare you for success in behavioral, situational and other types of interviews.
  • Feedback on communication effectiveness, strengths, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiation techniques as you discuss expectations with potential employers.
  • Interview debriefing and follow up strategies
